How can I manage my membership?

You start receiving these benefits automatically as soon as you become a member.

You will receive news and alerts on tax-efficient investment opportunities and exclusive deals as soon as they are available. If this doesn't suit, you can tell us:

  • how often you want to hear from us – as soon as there is any news, once a week or once a month
  • how you want to hear from us – by email, by post, by telephone
    about which subjects you want to receive news – from VCTs to exclusive and non-mainstream deals
  • if you prefer, you can stop your Wealth Club membership altogether or put it on hold – you decide for how long. For instance, if you put it on hold for six months, you won’t receive updates from us again until the six months have passed.

How do I register?

You can register by completing the online joining form. You also receive automatic membership when you download any documents from our website or register your interest in an investment offer.
Do I have a login?

No, all the information on our website is freely available. In some cases, we will ask you to type in your email address before accessing certain pages or applying for certain offers. This is so we can check what information you have already provided (e.g. whether you have certified as a high net worth or sophisticated investor) and avoid asking you to provide it again.

The first time you invest through us, you will create an account (with a username and password). This will give you access to your Portal, where you can monitor and manage the investments you have made through us. 
How secure is my personal data?

Your information will only be used for the purposes we collected it for (or a closely related purpose, such as record keeping).

We employ a variety of physical and technical measures to keep your personal data safe and prevent unauthorised access to it. Your data is stored on secure computer systems and we control who has access to them (using both physical and electronic means).

We have a data retention policy in place that should ensure we keep data only for as long as is required. For instance, FCA rules require us to keep client records, transaction details and copies of telephone calls for at least five years, whereas CCTV footage is overwritten, typically after 40 days.

Can I cancel my membership or stop it for a while?

Yes. You can change how we contact you, how often and about what. You can pause or cancel your membership as well as tell us what you’d like to hear about through our online preference centre or by contacting us. You can also object to us processing your data.

Please note: if you cancel your Wealth Club membership you will stop receiving offers and deals from us, but if you’ve invested we will still send you information about your investments (as this is a contractual obligation).
Are there any costs associated with the Wealth Club membership?
