Off-market, confidential scale-up co-investment

Exclusive opportunity to co-invest alongside specialist VC in established leading provider of investigation software forecasting ARR of £10 million, grown 137% in the last two years

This deal ("Project Star") has been introduced by a well-respected specialist European software scale-up investor and can only be shared with a limited number of select investors, who have previously qualified as Elective Professional Clients. 

It is an opportunity to provide scale-up capital to an established and fast-growing Company that has developed a SaaS investigation and intelligence management platform.

Thousands of investigation professionals from a diverse range of public and private sector organisations use it to tackle a wide spectrum of threats, from corruption, fraud, organised crime and safeguarding concerns to sports match manipulation and animal cruelty.

The Company’s ARR is expected to be approximately £6 million by the end of the first quarter of 2024, having grown from £4.9 million in November 2023. The Company forecasts to generate ARR of £10 million by December 2024 and achieve EBITDA profitability in 2026 – not guaranteed. 

The Company grew organically until 2021, when it first raised funds from the same specialist VC, which led a £5 million funding round followed by a second round in November 2023. 

There is currently £750k capacity left before this second round closes on 27 March 2024. Wealth Club investors can take up this remaining capacity and invest in the same share class and at the same share price as the lead VC investor, despite ARR expected to increase by approximately £1 million  since November 2023.  This is an off-market opportunity not available elsewhere.
